REFUND & RETURN POLICY

To request a return please submit an inquiry for your return to info@lucerit.com

If you believe an item you've purchased from us is faulty, incorrect or you're missing an item, contact us at info@lucerit.com with images of the fault. Once you’ve submitted your return request, we will contact you with details of your return so that you can send your item(s) back to us. Returns are usually processed within 5 business days of receipt and you’ll receive an email detailing your return once this has been done.

All claims need to be made within 20 days of receiving your order. You must submit your return request within 20 days of placing your order. 

RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN:

  • Items are in their original condition.
  • Items are in their original packaging. 
  • Tags remain attached.
  • Garments are unworn, unwashed and unstained.
  • Free from make up and fake tan.
  • Free from any scent of deodorant, perfume or washing powder.
  • We will only accept returns of items purchased on lucerit.comWe cannot accept returns on items that were purchased elsewhere. 
  • Department stores, boutiques, and other stores that carry product made by Lucerit will not accept returns of items purchased at www.lucerit.com. 
  • Items purchased from Lucerit via lucerit.com can only be returned using this policy.
  • All items returned to lucerit.com must be in re-saleable condition, with original product packaging and tags attached. Items returned to us that don’t meet these standards will be returned to the customer. Lucerit Limited reserves the exclusive right of final judgment to determine whether an item meets the aforementioned standards.
  • Items returned in acceptable condition with a postmark less than 20 days after the delivery date will be credited at item price to the original form of payment (including any tax, but not including express shipping).
  • All other returns will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer.
  • Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Depends on the time of receiving the shipping, refunds on items returned to Lucerit Limited will be processed within 5 business days back to your account.

FAULTS

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page with all faults and digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.

Lucerit Limited does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Lucerit Limited reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.

If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item or a refund.

PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN TRYING ON CLOTHES NOT TO DAMAGE OR STAIN THEM. IF YOUR RETURN DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU.
